The actress Nahla Zaki's name is written in the credits as 'Nahla Dhaki'.
The bullet shots appear in more than one place as if they are coming from the front rather than from behind, contrary to the shooter's position, as happens with Director and with The Gang’s First Man in the apartment: the bullet comes from outside the door, but appears as though it was fired from inside.
After Ali The Policeman goes up to the roof to bring down The Young Man who wants to throw himself off, we see The Doorman turn the power switch back on and the elevator descending. At that moment, the passengers move, including The Lover and The Mistress, with their faces and bodies facing each other. But in the overhead shot, The Lover is standing behind The Mistress, with her back to him rather than facing him. The arrangement of all the characters is also not the same as their positions in the previous shot (The Madman, The Pickpocket, The Elegant Man...).
When the police and fire brigade arrive, they go up in another elevator opposite them, but at the beginning of the film it was said that the other elevator was out of order.
At the moment of The Pickpocket's repentance, he is speaking with a bare wall behind him, but as he continues speaking in the next shot, there is a metal panel behind him that was not present in the first shot.
When Nahed gets angry at The Lift Attendant, in the previous shot we see The Elegant Man listening to The Lover and The Mistress as they talk and looking at them, but in the shot where Nahed gets angry, he turns his head and body in the opposite direction, not toward the lovers as in the previous shot. Also, in the first shot we see The Thief behind him, but in the next shot he is beside him.
When The Elegant Man looks around while the people around him stare and suspect he is mad, we see The Servant with the turban in the background in one shot lowering his head beside Nahed while carrying the food tray on his head. In the next shot, he is in the background raising his head rather than lowering it, and he is not carrying the tray on his head. Then later, in the following shot, he is seen with the tray again.
In some shots, the sounds and words were not properly synced after dubbing, so there are voices or words without mouth movements, or the reverse, as happened with The Thief and with Rostom.
When the people present discover that there is a The Madman among them, The Madman points to The Elegant Man while moving his hands, but in the next overhead shot The Madman's hands are no longer moving and his palms are closed.
At the beginning of the film, Nahed is about to fall because of Another Man behind her, but in the actual shot no one has touched her yet.
When Madbouly throws the rock into the Nile, we hear the sound of it hitting the water before it falls in.
