Film goofs - page 42
Dhliz records thousands of goofs spotted across a great many films. You can read through them here:
When Zannouba Fahmy holds The Baby during her conversation with Almazeya’s Mother, The Child is looking backward, but in the next close shot he is looking forward.
After Monira's three brothers get up from the dining table, she is holding a spoon in her hand, but in the next shot (from the side) the spoon is not in her hand.
In the opening credits, a fly can be seen appearing and walking over the film's title at the beginning.
When Mahmoud enters the crowd during their gathering in the mosque, his feet are pointed forward, but in the next close shot his legs are crossed.
When Fouada is about to open the lock, in one shot her head covering is over all her clothes, but in the next shot it is open.
In the death scene of Atris The Grandfather, Atris The Grandson's turban covers part of his ear and the hair beside it (a shot from behind), but from the front the turban appears on Atris The Grandson's face and a larger part of the ear and hair is visible.
Some lines do not match the mouth movements (such as the funeral scene at the beginning of the film).
The film's credits contain some errors in the English translation of names, such as translating the film title "Lips That Don't Lie" as "Forbiden lips," meaning "forbidden lips" (the error is not only the different meaning but also the spelling of "forbidden"), and Omar Khorshed's name is also written in English in two different ways (Korchid and Kourchid).
During the camera movement on the ship while Naser is walking, the camera's shadow can be seen moving with it.
When Eito falls under the garage door, he can be seen waiting motionless until the garage door closes on him, rather than the door suddenly closing on him.
