When Nurse talks with Awatef, Nurse is standing in front of the curtains in the room, but in a later shot the curtains are farther back, unlike in the first shot.

In the shot where the nurse Saied'S Mother talks with Sayed the driver, they are standing in the hospital corridor after passing a red box on the wall, at an angle rather than aligned with the corridor. But in the next side shot, they are standing with the red wall box exactly between them rather than behind them, and their position in the corridor is different.

When Houreya comes out of the balcony to talk to Lameay, a tissue box is upright on top of the television and there are some items in front of the mirror, but when she returns to the room, the arrangement of the items and the box is different.

In Houreya's first shot, as she is cleaning a room, there is a metal container (a bucket) and a vacuum cleaner on the floor, and she leaves them in front of the balcony door. But after her conversation on the balcony and her return, she walks normally in front of the door with no obstacle, as if nothing were blocking it. Then, for the third time, when she returns to the room, the tools are again on the floor.

During Lameay's first conversation with Houreya, when he leaves, Houreya's head is outside the edge of the door, but in a later closer shot of her face she is at the edge of the door, not beyond it.

During Lameay's first conversation with Houreya, the cleaning cart is beside the door, but when Lameay leaves, the cart is farther from the door.

When Lameay goes to meet Houreya in front of a room in one of his early scenes, she asks him, “What do you want me for?” with a slight smile, standing on the left of the screen while he is on the right. But in the next side shot, they are standing facing each other, and her smile is broader than it was in the immediately preceding shot.

When Sayed takes His Mother-in-law by car to the hospital, from inside the car we see him pass A Nurse carrying something and a doctor on the left side of the screen, but in the exterior shot of the car he has not passed them yet.

When Awatef first appears on the stairs, she is holding the door with her hand while talking to Sayed from some distance away, but in the next closer shot she is pressed against the door rather than standing away from it as in the previous shot.

The film has many directing errors that suggest weak direction and perhaps a rushed production, such as Salwa's wig or the scarf she is wearing changing more than once within the same scene from one shot to another.

Elham's face is seen resting on her hands above the rope, but in the next front-facing shot one hand is under her face, unlike the previous position.

At the beginning of the film, Elham is holding the report in a way that changes in the next shot.
