When Aziza gets angry because Hassan was watching Latiana and he comes after her, he kneels on the ground beside her, but in the next closer shot he is kneeling behind her.

When Aziza sits on the sand while visiting the men during their watch over the tent by the sea, her hands are at her sides, one on each side, but in the next closer shot her hands are raised and holding something.

During Aziza's conversation with Al-Baz Effendi in the street, she is carrying a watermelon, but two shots later the watermelon's position has changed and writing has appeared on it.

When everyone dances in front of Normandy 2, the characters' positions differ between the front and side shots, such as Hamida's hand position, Hamida looking at al-Baz instead of the other direction, and Hassan looking forward or at Aziza.

After Hamido’s Son gets up from the broken bed, no net remains on his head, but in the next shot he is still removing the net from his head.

When Tafida says to Her Daughter, "He Who Gets There First Wins," the shadow of Hamido’s Son as he replies appears to her left, but in the next wider shot the shadow is not visible.

The license plate number of the black car that Nabila rides in changes between the scenes of parking the car and arriving somewhere else.

Nabila goes to the kitchen with her face covered in black soot, but in one second a water pipe bursts and all traces of the soot disappear instantly in the next shot.

In some shots from the opening credits, the camera used to film exterior views of the Nile and similar scenes appears to be dirty.
