When Muhammad Effendi recites the line by Imru' al-Qais, he says the last word incorrectly as "Fahawmal" instead of "Wa Hawmal".
When Mahmoud Bek draws an explanatory sketch of the project he wants, the drawing is different when Muhammad Effendi looks at it again: the first drawing is in the middle of the table with the village at the edge of the drawing, while the second is at the far end of the table, with Mahmoud Bek's mansion at the edge of the table and the village no longer at the edge of the drawing as before.
