When Mahdy Al-Haggar slaps Hadeed, we clearly see him spit out what is in his mouth, as if from the force of the slap.
Nadine walks toward the door after Hadeed gives her the papers he took from Mahdy Al-Haggar, looking at them and holding them out in front of her; but in the next shot from behind, she is holding the papers to her chest.
