Ouka gives Seddiqa a cup of "goose blood" to give to Hassan, but she is disgusted by it. In fact, many countries eat animal blood in different ways, whether as blood soup or otherwise, including goose, chicken, pig blood, and so on.

The film's general theme revolves around death, suicide, and illness. Among the lines that Dalida says are lines close to that same context; sadly, she committed suicide the following year after the film's release (1987). This is in addition to her earlier life having been surrounded by suicide incidents involving her fiancé once, her husband once, her friend once, and her lover once!

Dalida plays a 46-year-old woman, while her real age at the time of filming was 53.
