Some words do not match the mouth movements.
We see Zalata's position and facial expression change between this shot and the next, and the position of the arm of the man behind him also changes, about ten minutes into the work.
In the opening scenes of the film, the clock remains fixed at ten minutes to two despite the passage of time (although the clock changes in other later scenes).
Within a single minute during the dialogue between Zalata and Mahmoud King Size, we see the clock change from ten minutes to two to five past two (15 minutes).
After half an hour of the film has passed, we see the clock return to ten minutes to two again, even though shortly before that () it had reached five past two.
We see Mahmoud King Size's Son talking to the corpse of Mahmoud King Size, but we can see it breathing.
