Trivia (1)
The film is one of the few in which Samir Ghanem appears in a criminal role, such as that of a drug dealer.
Goofs (2)
The film's credits contain some errors in the English translation of names, such as translating the film title "Lips That Don't Lie" as "Forbiden lips," meaning "forbidden lips" (the error is not only the different meaning but also the spelling of "forbidden"), and Omar Khorshed's name is also written in English in two different ways (Korchid and Kourchid).
After Ahmed is arrested, it becomes clear that the drugs seized from him are "hashish powder"; heroin would perhaps have been more plausible, since it resembles the substance found with Ahmed. There is also another mistake: the smuggled quantity is very small, considering the smuggling was done using the heels of the shoes Eman travels in, which makes smuggling in this way unrealistic.
