Early in his artistic career, he worked in radio in 1969.
He presented many children's shows at the Children's Theater and the Hundred Chairs Theater.
He retired for a period, then returned.
He did not shine as much as he did with the artist Youssef Chahine, but he chose to break out of the mold the director wanted to put him in, to pursue an artistic experience of his own.
