When Sami returns to his room, opens the wardrobe door, and then closes it, we see him carrying his hat at his side. Then in the next, closer shot, we see him holding the hat against the wardrobe door rather than beside him.
When Sami sits with Hamees, we see the shadow of the microphone moving on the wardrobe behind them.
When Hamees switches off the electric lamp and we see her in the mirror, we see the actual lamp go out one second later.
When Sami falls asleep after speaking with Hamees, we see that his hat is still on top of the wardrobe, but when he wakes up we find it on the suitcase on top of the wardrobe.
When Sami knocks on Dr Hassan's door, we see a little sweat on the sleeve of his shirt, but in the next, wider shot, while he is still at the door, the sweat has suddenly increased noticeably.
When Sami brings Hamees down from the tree, we see her placing her hands on his shoulders, but in the next, closer shot her hands are around his neck.
When the hospital nurses enter to restrain Sami, we see their positions change from one shot to another: at times they enter through the door, and at other times we see them still standing at the door afterward.
When Sami returns from buying some things, Hamees places her hands on his chest, but in the next shot we see them on his shoulders.
When Hamees kisses Sami while he is asleep, we see him turn onto his side with her hand under his hand. But in the next frontal shot, we see him on his back and the positions of their hands are different.
When Sami leaves the note that Hamees left for him at the hotel in Luxor, we notice that it is written in different handwriting from the original note she wrote a few shots earlier, both in the manner of writing and in the weight of the handwriting.
