 When Adham's Father slaps His Mother, we see that his hand did not touch her face at all, but we hear the sound of the slap and see its effect on The Wife.
 When Farida comes in to Adham in the office after his conversation with his subconscious and he kills her, we clearly see the outline of the blood bag placed behind her clothes.
 When Adham fights with Ibrahim in the latter's apartment, in one shot we see him fall onto the sofa, but in the next shot we see a difference in the position of his head (higher up) and his right arm.
