Born into a large family that lost 11 children, with only three surviving.
"Nagah" is the name of one of his brothers.
He performed comedy and tragedy roles successfully.
His artistic career began when the director Mohamed Salem and the artist George Sidhom assigned him a role in Play: Hard Labor Hotel in 1969.
He died after returning from a performance of his last play Play: My Terrifying Master.
